Adam Gatzke MA LMFT, Clinical Supervisor
Clinical Approach
Adam is an experienced Marriage and Family Therapist, has completed his Master of Marriage and Family Therapy and is licensed as a mental health professional in the state of Minnesota. Adam has also completed three years of full-time Masters level education in Christian Pastoral Ministry. Adam utilizes this training to inform and improve his therapeutic understanding and skills for all those that would like this to be a focus.
Adam serves adults, adolescents, couples, and families, helping with mental health concerns, relational difficulty, or healing from abuse, trauma, or addictions (see more details below). Adam utilizes a number of therapeutic models and has received specialized training in EMDR and the Air Network model of treating underlying causes of pain, distress, or limiting thought patterns.
Adam grew up and has lived the majority of his life in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area enjoying the local people, culture, athletics, and beautiful parks. Adam enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, canoeing, camping, hiking, visiting the North Shore, watching movies, reading, and learning.

Anh Weinacht MS LMFT
Clinical Approach
Anh’s passion is people and their stories, most importantly, the healing that comes from knowing there is hope at the end of the story. Anh is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a M.S in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Post-Baccalaureate in Contemporaries Family Studies.
She believes that the complexities of each person’s story can be seen through the lenses of real and sustainable hope. Anh uses a holistic approach: incorporating the body, soul, and spirit to find a solution, a more healing story for you. Anh serves adults, adolescents, couples, families, and children dealing with mental health concerns such as depression; anxiety; social anxiety; relational difficulties; racial identity and reconciliation; trauma; addictions and recovery.
As a therapist, Anh is trained in EMDR, Gottman Level 1 and is currently obtaining
Gottman Level 2 training, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focus Therapy, CBT, DBT. She is also familiar with incorporating prayer into healing. Anh’s hope is to walk along side you as you heal from your hurts, rewrite your story, see yourself again as a whole person incorporating your body, soul, and spirit—should you choose.

Clinical Approach
Heather aim’s to serve her clients by helping them live their best lives. She has a heart to provide a space for her clients to explore their stories so that they can live authentic integrative lives and feel like themselves in their current seasons of life. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults and has a heart to help people that find themselves in difficult life transitions including family changes and menopause. She also has a passion for working with people living with the effects of chronic pain and chronic illness.
Heather takes a compassionate and collaborative approach that integrates family systems and cognitive models and is solution focused. Her desire is to equip each of her clients to live their best life. Heather Dona acquired her master’s degree in mental health counseling from the University of Wisconsin at Superior. She is supervised by Adam Gatzke who is a board certified LMFT supervisor and the owner of Healing Waters Counseling. She received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire and a Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Iowa. She has worked in the healthcare field for over 20 years. She spent 13 years in Bolivia, South America providing volunteer work in the healthcare field in diverse environments.

Misha Gudipati MA LMFT,
Administrative Director & Intern Program Coordinator
Clinical Approach
Misha is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University in Minneapolis and is able to work with those located in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Misha has years of pastoral experience as well as experience working with families and children of different cultural, socioeconomic and relational backgrounds. Misha also has experience working with interracial marriages, cross cultural relationships, blended families, co-parenting, reunification, anxiety, depression, phobias, PTSD, missionary care, addiction, premarital counseling, couples and family therapy to name a few. Misha works with children, adolescents and adults. Her passion is to see every couple, family and individual walking in wholeness and health in the spaces they find themselves.
Operating from a Systems approach, she also incorporates elements of CBT, Solution Focused and Experiential therapies into her work with clients. Misha is able to offer EMDR to clients. She is also certified in Prepare & Enrich.
Her goal in each session is to give practical, effective skills to implement outside of session to aid in continued growth and healing. Misha considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients in their journey to mental health and is able to incorporate spirituality into sessions should a client request that.

Genevieve Genis (Schaffer), Psychotherapist Intern
Clinical Approach
Genevieve Genis (Schaffer) is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at Adler Graduate School. She has over 20 years of experience working in the public-school systems of St. Paul, Minneapolis and Philadelphia with children of all ages and their families. Her undergraduate degree in Psychology is from St. Olaf College. Using an Adlerian approach, Genevieve incorporates the importance of social connection and community, spirituality and self-direction in relationships, work and friendships. She is passionate about advocating for adolescents, individuals and families in their journey to wellness and has experience working with people of diverse backgrounds, cultures and beliefs. Genevieve is supervised by Adam Gatzke MA LMFT who is a board certified LMFT, LPCC supervisor and the owner of Healing Waters Counseling.

Kayla Fleck, Receptionist
Kayla is the receptionist at Healing Waters Counseling. She is passionate about helping others. She believes that everyone has a story to tell, and that by sharing our experiences with others, it will bring us a sense of wholeness, and healing. She would love to assist you in partnering with a therapist who would be a great fit for you in helping you pursue and achieve growth and happiness in life.

Shyann Swearingen, Interim Receptionist
Shyann is the interim receptionist for the Healing Waters Admin Team. She has a passion for helping others find hope and healing. She believes that no one is ever “too far gone” and that everyone deserves a safe space to grow and heal from the hurt they encounter in the world. As a receptionist, she loves helping clients take that first step toward finding the right provider for their healing journey.
